Had the most amazing massage/reiki session I’ve ever had. This was my first reiki incorporated massage and man was it awesome! She knows exactly what is going on and does some amazing healing techniques. I left feeling so much better and have ideas of what is going on emotionally and mentally and not just my physical pain. Most amazing reiki session! Alethea came to me brought all of her amazing Crystal goodies. I was having a hard time grounding and connecting to myself. She created the most loving and supportive space for me to move through big emotions. I was able to go into deep relaxation that is normally kind of difficult for me. All in all a wonderful healing experience. After the session I felt lighter grounded and fully connected back to body. Can not wait for my next session. ~S.H
